Some dishes in the restaurant were below par, and I encountered a long wait during breakfast service. It's a bummer when you expect a bit of local flair in the meals but end up disappointed instead.

The family boutique charm is legit, the guy at reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a la carte which was convenient, you could pick anything from an omelette to a local dish.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what you get.
